General Terms and Conditions
PTZ d.o.o. WebShop General Terms and Conditions have been prepared in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), with the recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce and the International Code for e-commerce. PTZ d.o.o. WebShop is an information system designed for presentation and sale of products to the user. Managed by PTZ d.o.o. (provider). User is a person who uses our system - customer online. Upon registration in the online store, visitors create a user name that is identical to its email, which defines his profile and password. Username and password are clearly defined and connected to the entered data. After registration, the visitor becomes a user and gets the right to purchase and availability of information. Purchase can also be made without any registration.
Service is committed to provide the customer the following information: the identity of the company, contact address, essential characteristics of goods or services, availability of products, delivery of the product or service execution, all prices clearly and unambiguously defined, method of payment and delivery time tender, period in which it is possible to withdraw from the contract and the conditions for withdrawal and the procedure is explained in the complaint, including any information on the contact person or department for customer contact.
Methods of payment
In PTZ d.o.o. WebShop you can pay by:
- Proforma invoice
- Credit card
With your order you will receive a printed out invoice, with defined costs and instructions for reclamation or cancellation.
Purchase agreement (contract) is electronically stored on the provider's server and available to the customer any time in his user profile (My Profile).
Prices in WebShop are irrevocably and valid only for orders made online, so you could notice differences between prices in WebShop and shops in Slovenia (or your disturber). Prices are only valid in agreed methods of payment. All prices include VAT, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Despite enormous efforts to ensure accurate and up to date information, it may happen that the price is incorrect. In case of mistake or price change during order, customer service will allow you purchase cancellation, but first we will try to find the best solution for both sides. If the product is not in stock, this can lead to changes in prices, we will inform you about if, before purchase is made.
Images can be symbolic and do not always reflect the full facts.
Special offers validity
Special offers are only valid in limited time. It may vary from offer to offer.
The purchase process
- Order accepted. After order is made, customer will receive a confirmation email. After this stage they will still have 1 hour to change or cancel order. All information about order status and contents are always available in WebShop.
- Order confirmed. If customer does not cancel the order, it goes into further processing. First provider checks availability of products and confirms or rejects order. In case provider needs any additional information about order or personal details they will contact buyer on his telephone number. Supply of goods that provider does not store in own warehouse depends on suppliers delivery. Customer will be informed about goods supply by email. If delivery time is too long for customer they can inform us about it and goods will be canceled from your order. Also provider will refund costs, send the rest of order or cancel it. Provider does not take any risks for damage made because of late or canceled delivery.
- Order sent. Provider prepares goods in agreed time, dispatches and informs the buyer by email. Provider has to inform customer on who can he turn in case of late delivery or complaints.
The right to cancel the contract, return of goods
Consumer has the right to cancel the contract, it has to be done within 15 days in writing and sent to the company email firstname.lastname@example.org. The consumer must return the goods to the company within thirty days after written notice of withdrawal. Shipping/ return cost will be covered by customer. Articles have to be unused and undamaged. Copy of the contract has to be accompanied. Provider has to refund complete purchase price, including delivery costs.
Warranty for products online is in accordance with Slovenian law - https://www.uradni-list.si/1/content?id=51154.
Warranty does not apply for products being damaged or installed on wrong applications. Customer can not debit provider for cost and damage caused by improper use of products.
Delivery times are expressed in working days, it usually takes 2-3 working days for order to be dispatched. Delivery times are published on website and depend on delivery destination and shipping service provider.
Goods have to be delivered in agreed time. Delivery for PTZ d.o.o. WebShop is performed by Post of Slovenia, GLS, DHL, DPD, TNT, FEDEX, UPS…
Provider uses the appropriate technology and organizational means to protect the transfer and storage of personal data, orders and payments.
Service is committed to sustainable protection of personal data in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection Act (Official Gazette of RS, no. 86/2004) and the Insurance Act. All information obtained through the website http://www.ptz.si will only be used for sending information material, offers, invoices and other necessary communications.
Promotional e-mails must be clearly and unambiguously marked as advertisements. The sender must be clearly visible. Customer’s choice not to receive advertising message, will be unconditionally considered.
Discharge from responsibility
Provider is trying their best to ensure correct and on time information, published on WebSite. Nevertheless, information about products, availability and price can change so quickly, that the provider can’t correct them. In case like this, customer will be informed about changes and have an option to cancel the order or change article. All product photos are symbolic and do not guarantee product’s characteristics. For typo mistakes we are not responsible.
Complaints and disputes
Provider respects the existing customer protection law. Complaints can be send email email@example.com or classic -mail to PTZ d.o.o., Podhosta 12a, 8350 Dolenjske Toplice, Slovenia.
Provider has 5 days to confirm that he received a complaint. Provider has to inform customer how long will process of dispute take and keeps in touch true entire process. He tries his best to solve disputes amicably.
